Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer (X years preferred).
- Proficiency in SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016/2019, and/or SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and .NET framework.
- Experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Designer is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL Server and database design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration.
- Understanding of SharePoint security and permissions management.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and support customized SharePoint solutions that meet business needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint On-Premises, along with a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 tools, Power Platform, and modern web development technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom SharePoint solutions, web parts, workflows, and apps using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Automate, Power Apps, and related technologies.
- Migrate content and solutions between different SharePoint environments (On-Premise to Online, etc.).
- Customize SharePoint pages using modern UI/UX standards.
- Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical support, training, and documentation for end-users.
- Ensure security and compliance across SharePoint environments.
- Monitor SharePoint performance and optimize solutions as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience with SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint 2016/2019.
- Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and REST APIs.
- Strong experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and Azure Logic Apps.
- Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, libraries, lists, and permissions.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer or Power Platform certification.
- Experience with third-party SharePoint tools or services.
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
