Job Description

Position: Senior Manager - Wind O&M
Education: B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 10 -15 Years
Location: Gurgaon-HO

Key Responsibilities:

• Track the compliance with applicable legal, regulatory and statutory  requirements in Recat portal and highlight to respective site for any deviation and its closure
• To oversee and ensure asset performance as per business KPIs(i.e LPF, MA, GA, RA)
• Drive the implementation of Safety culture across all sites
• Monitoring &  ensuring adherence to safety  standards, and best practices across all operational sites and projects
• Support to team on MIS and senior management presentations
• Coordination with state RPC cube team, RPDC team for Site/WTG performance analysis
• Review the reports of WTG technical faults(Auto reset, warnings), power curve performance and discussion with respective site asset mangers for resolution of the observations/issues
• Review the RPDC reports for LPF, PLF and resource availability of plant
• Budget planning and tracking for wind asset management 
• Ensuring asset health assurance, reliability and life cycle management
• Oversee, drive and implement safety and ESG initiatives at sites
• Review the ESG reports centrally and discussion with site team for resolution of any issue
