Education: B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Experience: 10 to 15 Years
Location: Pune Office

General Job Description

Planning & Coordination is responsible for centralized maintenance planning, resource optimization, and performance monitoring across multiple wind farm assets. The role focuses on maximizing turbine availability, improving generation efficiency and optimizing O&M costs through data-driven planning and cross-functional coordination.

Profile & Eligible Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Electronics
• 10–15 years of experience in wind energy O&M / Asset management.
• Experience in multi-site planning or centralized coordination roles preferred.

• Reports to: Head – Asset Management / O&M
• Key Interfaces: Site Managers, Planning Teams, SCM, OEMs etc.
