Job Description

The overall objective of the role is as follows:

  • Ensure on time preparation of Project completion schedule, and periodic update of same

  • Organize periodic  review meeting and  coordination with internal and external  stake holders

  • Highlight key issues and challenges in project completion

Key Responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  1. Responsible for developing project Master schedule  inline with the Committed COD and integration with contractor schedule .

  2. Ensure  Periodic updation of master schedule, organize periodic project review meeting  and preparation of monthly reports to be submitted to internal &  external stakeholders

  3. Ensure proper Co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders for adherence to Monthly & Weekly execution plan .

  4. Proactive identify events which can impact project budget and follow-up on mitigation plan to complete project within approved budget.

  5. Organize sessions to identify best practices and improvement areas with return of experiences from previous & ongoing projects &  record learnings.

Preferred Skills-

1. Must have been a part of 400 KVA & above Transmission Line/ Substation project

2. Must have strong knowledge of Primavera P6
