Job Description

Ensure professional & customer service oriented Store Management to oversee daily operations at Site Stores & manage the operational & organizational standard of Stores.
Systematic planning and physical layout of stores to reduce Storage and material handling problems and speed up the flow of materials at site.
Skilled at handling the inventory functions, to curtail inventory-holding expenses and adherence to the minimum inventory level to minimize wastage.
In depth understanding of the procedures of ABC analysis, FIFO & LIFO systems, stores accounting.
Coordinating conduct of periodically physical stock verification and store’s Internal & external audits and ensuring smooth accounting system.
Imparting sufficient training to the Store team regarding the Standard Operating Procedures and educate them for smooth store functions & accounting.
Ensuring a clean and safe work area,PPE’s, housekeeping, 5S and healthy hygiene environment.
Streamlining the system & procedures for effective Inventory control for smoothness of material movement at site.
Develop Storage and manage Machine & manpower & oversee the receipt, requisitioning and disbursement of supplies of materials as required.
