Job Description

Position Title - Senior Executive- Land Acquisition

Experience- 5-7 years

Qualification- Any Graduate/ Diploma

Location- Karnataka

Job Purpose
To co-ordinate with internal team and other stakeholders for the land acquisition and Conversion activities

Roles and Responsibilities
●    Handling the land, permits and approvals for a wind projects of capacity 300 MW or more
●    Complete feasibility study as well as legal due diligence of different properties. Coordinate with legal consultants, Revenue departments for title scrutiny and marketability
●    Responsible for ROW clearance of WTG erection and commissioning across PAN India
●    Co-ordination with land developers regarding all land acquisitions and ROW clearance
●    Cross functional co-ordination with all internal teams like Civil, electrical, Mechanical, contracts, Finance, legal and Asset management team
●    Responsible for the HOTO and compliances of all projects under operations, constructions and development.
●    Review of vendor outstanding and bill clearance
●    Perusal of post GPA activities like NA conversion, TILR/Sub division, mutation and HOTO Organized due diligence in preparation for sale of business unit.

Profile & Eligible Criteria
4-5 years of University Studies
5-7 Years of experience in land acquisition of Wind projects
