Job Title: HR Shift Officer

Location: Dholera, Gujarat, India]

Department: Human Resources

Job Summary: The HR Shift Officer will be responsible for overseeing HR operations during assigned shifts. This role involves managing employee relations, Time office, ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the overall HR functions to maintain a productive and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Relations:

    • Address and resolve employee queries and grievances promptly.
  2. Compliance and Legal:

    • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality.
    • Assist in audits and inspections as required.
  3. Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Assist in the recruitment process by processing new hire documentation.
    • Conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for new employees.
    • Ensure proper training and integration of new hires into the workforce.
  4. Attendance and Timekeeping:

    • Monitor employee attendance and manage leave records.
    • Address attendance issues and enforce attendance policies.
    • Generate shift-wise attendance reports and analyze trends.
    • Preparation of data.
  5. Health and Safety:

    • Promote and enforce health and safety policies.
    • Address safety concerns and ensure a safe working environment.
  6. Administration:

    • Manage shift rosters and coordinate shift changes.
    • Handle HR-related administrative tasks and maintain HR databases.
    • Prepare and submit HR reports as required time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR softwares.
