Job Description

Objective of the Role

As the Plant HR Operations Lead, you'll oversee all HR functions   at our plant locations, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with   company policies. Collaborating closely with plant managers and HR teams,   you’ll support employee engagement initiatives, manage workforce planning,   and facilitate effective communication channels.

What are the key responsibilities of your role (preferably in   order of priority)?

1.Shift Management:   Oversee and manage all production shifts in the ReNew manufacturing plant at Dholera, Gujarat, ensuring   seamless operations, workforce allocation, and adherence to production   schedules.

2.Team Leadership:   Lead a team of HR Shift Officers, providing guidance, coaching, and support   to ensure they effectively manage their respective shifts and workforce.

3.Attendance and   Workforce Records: Maintain accurate attendance records for all workers   across the three shifts, including permanent and temporary staff, while   ensuring punctuality and addressing attendance-related issues.

4.Factory   Compliance: Assume responsibility for ensuring the plant complies with all   relevant labour laws, safety regulations, and quality standards, and maintain   comprehensive records and documentation to support compliance efforts.

5.Reporting and   Accountability: Regularly report on shift performance, attendance, and   compliance status to senior management, taking accountability for driving   improvements and maintaining a compliant and productive manufacturing   environment.

Educational Qualifications & Key Experience

Bachelor or Masters' degree in Human Resource Management or other   relevant fields

Experience of managing compliance related to manufacturing plants
