Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 5 to 7 Years
Location: Lahori, Madhya Pradesh

Job Purpose

In the role of Ops Expert - Special Task Engineer, the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of special task activities across the ReNew fleet. The individual will manage resources, ensure compliance with SOPs and HSE regulations and support capability development through training, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute special task activities in the field while ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, Engineering, and SCM for the development of tooling and fixtures to strengthen special task capabilities.
• Proactively ensure the availability and validation of tools and tackles required for special task execution.
• Monitor the certification, calibration, and periodic maintenance of lifting and crane (LC) tools and fixtures.
• Review SOPs related to LC activities, provide feedback for improvement, and ensure effective implementation during field execution.
• Coordinate with the HSE and Engineering teams to incorporate safety requirements into SOPs for LC activities.
• Review and ensure compliance with HSE requirements for all special task activities.
• Maintain and periodically update records of major components across the ReNew fleet.
• Track major component anomalies and prepare periodic MIS reports.
• Document, record, and maintain all data related to special task activities.
• Ensure timely updating of service orders, material issues, and other special task activity records in SAP.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical and hydraulic system issues encountered during LC activities.
