Job Description

Job Title: Senior Engineer – Wind O&M
Location: Limbawas, Madhya Pradesh
Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Role Summary:
Seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Operations & Maintenance of Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs), specifically Regen OEM (V87 model preferred). The role involves maintenance planning, fault handling, and site operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform O&M activities for Wind Turbine Generators (Regen OEM – V87 preferred)
• Monitor performance and health of WTGs at site
• Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Detect, troubleshoot, and rectify electrical/mechanical faults
• Maintain logs of machine errors, breakdowns, and maintenance activities
• Ensure proper functioning of electrical and mechanical components
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for resource planning and site operations
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and HSE guidelines
