Job Description

Position- Senior Engineee- Wind Engineering

Experience- 6- 10 years

Qualification- B.E/ B.Tech- Electrical

Location- Hubli (AO)-KA

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Resolution of technical concerns raised from Asset operations
  2. Close coordination with Wind OEMs for technical resolutions
  3. Extended support to self-operation team
  4. Performance monitoring of operational assets
  5. Health audit of wind turbines
  6. Preparation of technical specifications/drawing/SOPs/manuals
  7. Drawing/circuit diagram/specifically study
  8. New improvement project trial, tracking and analysis at site
  9. Analytics tools use for RCA and technical issues study     
  10. Wiling to travel across all the sites.  
  11. To perform quality assurance & vigilance checks on WTGs.
  12. Inspection to be done in totality irrespective of different WTG parts.
  13. Knowledge of WTG component functioning.
  14. To check documentation as per ISO & Quality standards.
  15. To perform special tasks, retrofits, investigate risks associated with assets.

Deliverables

  1. Circuit diagram, technical specifications, SOPs, Manuals
  2. Issues resolution & analysis (RCA) report for wind and solar
  3. Documents availability in DMS
  4. Technical audits of turbine/solar park
  5. The quality of the turbine is as per specs.
  6. Review of all compliance assessment reports provided by the original equipment manufacturer
  7. Holistic view of inspection to be done to identify the risks.
