Job Purpose

Assist in timely receipt of assigned material/package, proper storage, accounting and timely                 Dispatched to customer as per requirements, Inventory management.  Assist in classification, storage and liquidation of non-moving inventory as per defined guidelines

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Must be aware for process of Finished goods dispatches and handling shortage / damage consignment receipt along with insurance claim processes.
  • Must be aware for process of Finished goods receipt from production after quality clearance.
  • Must be aware for PSI process of Finished goods.
  • Must be aware for process of Perpetual stock taking/external audit/reconciliation.
  • Must to be aware of the man management.
  • Exposure ERP / SAP for Material management.
  • Exposure EMS /ISO / EHS and OHSAS
  • Must be aware about loading / stuffing the containers / dispatch / Export related documentation.
  • Must be aware of uses of PPEs.
  • Control on MHEs & their effective utilization
  • Must be aware about Inventory Control techniques 
  • Track the availability of different materials/products and manage inventory levels at the warehouse/ stores
  • Monitor the corrections to the Dispatch plans based on the differences between planned and actual dispatched 
  • Ensuring seamless co-ordination between sales and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch the material as per customer requirement.
  • Update/Maintain MIS data with respect to detailed dispatch schedules (target vs. actual) for management reporting & review 
  • Flexible in working in shifts. 

 

Profile & Eligible Criteria

  • Expertise in Warehouse with a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Excellent knowledge of warehouse management. Solar background will be an additional advantage. 
  • Experience of working with SAP - Material Management Module/ SAP Material Master, SD module for waste and scrap management
  • Working knowledge of MS Office. 
  • Excellent communication abilities.

Job Purpose
Assist in timely receipt of all incoming material, inward inspection, proper storage and preservation, Identification and traceability, Inventory management, accounting and issuing the materials to production on time as per the requirements. Liquidation of scarp & hazardous material as per defined guidelines. 

Roles and Responsibilities
    Must be aware of inward process of incoming raw material/quality clearance/Insurance claim process for receipt of damage consignment with the necessary documents.
    Must be aware of Proper storage and preservation/ Identification and traceability of the materials.
    Must be aware of rejection and non-conformance material return back to supplier with necessary documents.
    Maintaining standards of health, safety and security of the working environment, For example chemical & hazardous materials are stored safely.
    Must be aware of material issues process to production/end user against reservation.
    Monitoring of shelf life material & must be liquidate before expired.
    Must be aware of preparation ageing report to liquidation the on Non-moving inventory through PPC department.
    Explore ERP/SAP for material management.
    Explore the ISO/EMS/EHS and OHSAS.
    Man Management controls.
    Must be aware of uses of PPE’s.
    Must be aware of Safety & 5S implementation of respective work place.
    Control on the FIFO to be followed while issuing the material from stores.
    Must be aware of inventory control techniques.
    Control on the material handling equipment and optimize storage place. 
    Must be aware of liquidation of valuated scarp & hazardous material as per defined guidelines.   
    Must be aware of perpetual inventory/stock audit, write-off the inventory stock if any deviation with proper approval.
    Preparation of stores MIS report receipt vs issues.
