Job Description

Location : Gurugram, Haryana

Education : BE/BTech Mechanical 

Experience 2-4 Years

Designation : Senior Engineer (Supplier Quality Management)

 

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • This role is responsible to deliver on the following: 
  • Experience working in SAP for procurement and materials management activities.  
  • Knowledge in issuing RFPs, preparing approval notes, issuing POs, processing vendor payments, and performing account reconciliations.  
  • Manage procurement of mechanical and structural materials, including MMS, Fasteners, and Switchyard Structures 
  • Knowledge of vendor sourcing, vendor databases, and supplier management.  
  • Supplies tracking with vendor. 
  • Material reconciliation with sites 
  • Vendor development. 
  • Inter department coordination. 

 

Eligibility Criteria 

Education: B. E/ B.Tech- Mechanical 

Experience: 2-3 Years 

Skills        :  Procurement, Negotiation, Supply chain management, Vendor development and Team player  

Certifications: NA 

Software Knowledge: MS office, SAP and Ariba 

Main Interfaces  

Internal interface - Design Team, Project Team and FC Team 

External interface - Vendors
