Job Description

  • Operational Oversight:
    • Manage and monitor the performance of solar assets using a prevention-by-prediction approach.
    • Ensure compliance with KPIs and mitigate operational risks.
  • Data Management & Reporting:
    • Own all asset-related data as a single source of truth for internal and external use.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and portfolio-level reports including generation, curtailment, SCADA, performance ratios, and critical parameter analytics.
    • Track inverter availability and radiation trends to optimize energy generation.
  • Digital Transformation:
    • Act as a business translator in digital initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and value realization.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Configure, test, and optimize Tier-2 SCADA systems for reliable monitoring and control.
    • Perform root-cause analysis of repetitive errors and recommend corrective measures.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Work closely with top management to align operational efforts with strategic business goals.
    • Address investor queries with clarity, backed by accurate performance data.
  • Performance Optimization:
    • Conduct PR, LPF, radiation, and contractual availability analysis to identify improvement areas.
    • Maintain accurate curtailment logs and generate insights to enhance asset utilization.
