Position: Sr. Engineer/AM

Location: Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Department: Asset Management_ Wind Engineering

Education: Graduate_ Electrical Engineering

Preferred Profile: Must have experience in Inox Wind Turbine, performing operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, RCA, performance analysis, testing & monitoring.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze wind turbine performance data to identify and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal performance of the wind turbines.
  • Coordinate with site teams for schedule/preventive/corrective maintenance/inspections of wind turbines.
  • Follow-up on troubleshoot for mechanical and/or electrical issues
  • At central level, support the development of alternate products, focus on digitization of processes and continuous process improvement to reduce the operating costs of assets.
  • Collaborating with new age technologies to uplift the wind turbine performance.
  • Preparation of technical SOP's, auditing wind turbines to ensure nominal condition of the wind turbines.
  • Maintain and operate technical governance for the operating wind portfolio.
  • Provide reports and presentations to the leadership on the operating status of the windfarms on technical front.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the organisation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Travelling to renewable sites.
