Current Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead development of digital products/solutions/use cases for various business functions like Asset Management, Commercial, Carbon, Manufacturing, EPC etc
• Discuss requirements with business teams and translate into problem statements
• Development of department wise roadmap and strategy for digital product development and use cases
• Create product roadmaps and implement the solution within timelines
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders involved in implementation of the solution
• Drive good data governance and adherence to digital SOPs
• Interact with data scientists, data engineers, UI/UX designers and effectively convey the desired solution design
• Lead a team of 5-10 business analysts & product manager, Team building and hiring
• Regular cadence with business function heads

Key Business Stakeholders

• Internal - Asset Management, RenServ, Power Markets & Trading, Bidding, B2B, Manufacturing, EPC, Finance, RPDC
• External  - Vendors  

Our Ideal candidate -

• Education - Engineering (preferably Electrical/Electronics/IT) + MBA (must)
• Experience Range – 10 to 15 years (At least 8+ years of experience in energy sector is a must)
• Good program management, Project planning & coordination skills
• Experience of working in cross functional teams
• Good IT skills - understanding different solutions and matching solutions to problems

Functional/ Domain expertise

• Experience of digital product management in renewable/ energy sector
• Participated in some Digital transformation/enablement exercise in an organization
• Understanding of work of Data Scientists & Data engineering roles is a plus
• Ability to communicate with cross functional roles is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good presentation skills

Teamwork

• Should have led a team of 5 product owners/business analyst
• Ability to work as a self-motivated team player
• Has worked in large teams with an agile setup in the past
• Handle multiple projects across intra and inter-department teams
