Job Description

Position: Manager - Wind Asset Management

Education: B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Experience: 10 to 12 Years

Location: Kagwad, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, drive & govern performance KPIs across sites (LRF, MA, GA, RA) aligned with business targets.
• Implement and oversee and ESG initiatives across all sites in cluster.
• Lead preventive, corrective, and major maintenance activities across the cluster.
• Ensure compliance with O&M contract obligations and statutory requirements
• Coordinate with contractors and central functions (Engineering, SCM, Planning) for smooth execution
• Manage site teams, contractors, and subcontractors; provide mentoring and performance evaluation.
• Plan and optimize resource allocation (manpower, tools, spares) for O&M activities across cluster.
• Ensure readiness for external audits and site visits
• Drive compliance with regulatory and internal standards
• Maintain strong relationships with villagers, locals, customers, and regulatory bodies
• Facilitate smooth handover of new projects (HOTO) within the cluster
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement across cluster operations.
• Drive initiatives to reduce downtime and enhance turbine reliability
• Identify operational risks and develop mitigation plans
• Coordinate resolution of open issues at the state level
• Support state leads with data preparation, MIS, and management presentations.
