Job Description
Job Title – Manager- Tracker Specialist
Qualification – BE/B.Tech – Electronics Engineering
Experience – 8-12 years
Location – Pune, Maharashtra
Roles & Responsibilities –
Self-Reliance of Trackers.
Responsible for Tracker LPF & Uptime at portfolio level through design modification, Predictive Maintenance, Retro Fitting & Spare Management.
Vendor Development & Management.
New technology deployment for out of warranty parts by doing benchmarking, POC, D&E, Prototyping, Testing, Vendor Development & Mass Deployment. Ensuring compliances of safety parameters.
Horizontal deployment of Robotic system in Wet cleaning sites by conducting feasibility study, Field trials & Techno Commercial evaluation of various Robotic OEMs.
Ensuring reliability & performance of 4GW Robotic assets.
Exploration and implementation of new technology for Solar Assets such as Hybrid Plant Illumination, BESS for Aux consumption reduction/Reactive Power Compensation/DSM compensation by doing benchmarking, POC, D&E, Prototyping, Testing, Vendor Development & Mass Deployment.
Evaluate the technical solution by preparing financial model along with BOM.
Circulation of MIS related to Trackers & Robots.
Engaged in Digital solutions related to Tracker shadow
Focus on LCOE Reduction.
Selection of Battery technology and sizing for various applications.
Evaluation and selection of global strategic partner for JV/Acquisition, vendor evaluation& development.
