Job Description

Job Purpose :

ReNew is looking for high calibre and passionate individual to support the fast-paced sustainability and ESG work. She/he will be responsible for integrating sustainability across all business units, rolling out new sustainability initiatives, ensuring timeliness of plans and implementation of internal sustainability goals and milestones. She/ he would also be responsible for working towards improving ReNew’s ESG performance.

 

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Drive the sustainability and ESG agenda, objectives, goals, and programmes by coordinating with different business units

• Work & build the ESG Dashboard and the comprehensive ESG reporting framework. Deliver annual sustainability report in line with regulations and global accepted standards

• Provide guidance to internal teams on sustainability programmes, risks, opportunities including ESG due diligence

• Support in organizing sustainability committee meetings and reporting progress

• Prepare and review internal control mechanisms and standard

 

Profile & Eligible Criteria :

• Masters in Environment/ Sustainability/ Climate Change/ ESG/ related fields from top institutions.  

• Candidate should be proficient with sustainability reporting standards (such as GRI, TCFD, SASB, IR, WEF-IBC) and ESG rating methodologies, indices, and agencies (such as S&P, MSCI, Refinitiv , CDP, Sustainalytics).  

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
