Job Description

Job Description 

•    Project Assessment
o    Review of financial models for various projects to deliver cash flow forecast, scenario analysis, risk assessment and return analysis. 
o    Undertake and manage the necessary due diligence and financial modeling, in the structuring of loans, equity investments, guarantees, B-loans or other forms of financial assistance. 
o    Work closely with the project development team to identify, analyze and execute the most optimum financing solution for projects.

•    Processing
o    Negotiating and finalizing crucial commercial & legal terms of lending with potential lenders.
o    Coordinating with  Banks for Project appraisal and for  
Syndication of debt.
o    Negotiating & finalizing term sheets with investors;  coordinating the due diligence process 
o    Support and lead the internal approvals process including interface with credit, safeguards, compliance, legal and other teams as well as management and the Board. 

•    Fund Raising 
o    Oversee financing strategies and minimize financial costs including cost of borrowings.
o    Engage with the banking partners / financial institutions for raising new funds and optimizing the use of existing facilities.
o    Lead potential refinancing and re-structuring efforts for existing facilities.
o    Arranging working capital (fund base and non- fund base)

•    MIS
o    Timely TRM entries for Debt servicing 
o    Ensure timelines, accuracy, and usefulness of financial and management reporting 
o    Overseeing generation of relevant information, reports and analysis.

•    Ratings
o    Getting ratings of various projects 
o    Managing relations with rating agencies
