Job Description

PROCUREMENT - GREEN HYDROGEN PROJECTS
Hands on Experience in Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, Vendor Evaluation & Negotiation Management, Service Contracting, Project Management, Materials Management, Supply Chain Management Global Sourcing, Cross-Functional Coordination
Experience and Exposure in Contracts and Procurement of Large scale Green Hydrogen and its Derivatives projects will be an added advantage
•    Excellent Negotiation and Project Management skills 
•    Experience in implementing SOP for all business units and Stakeholders, Negotiation, SLA Implementation with major customers, Vendor Development, Sourcing & Procurement of services and products, 
•    Development of new vendors with collaboration of foreign partners for completing the challenging task of Large-scale projects with in approved budget and timelines
    
o    Formulating procurement strategy by developing / modifying strategy for PROCUREMENT, SERVICE CONTRACTS, CAPEX PROJECTS, and LOGISTICS establishing methods to achieve project targets and resource planning
o    Accountable for meeting customer orders by designing, implementing and monitoring procurement schedules
o    Finalizing the specifications of materials, establishing quality & quantity limits for effective inventory control and reducing wastages
o    Managing import and Export of Project Materials including negotiations follow up for Export and Import
o    Assessing the performance of the vendors based on various criterions such as percentage for rejections, quality improvement rate, timely delivery, credit terms, etc.
o    Accountable for contracts management; negotiating and closing purchase contracts
o    Managing import & indigenous purchase including negotiations follow up and import.
o    Implementing and monitoring effective procurement schedules along with ensuring the specifications of the materials and establishing the quality & quantity limits.
o    Identifying and developing national & international sources for achieving cost effective purchases of products
o    Coordinating complete domestic and logistics network to minimize working capital costs through reduced lead times, operating costs through lower freights, correct choice of transport service provider
o    Ensuring 100% compliance in all statutory issues and ensuring zero show cause notices and non-conformances; sustaining tracking systems and ensuring updates on material movement in entire network
o    Supervising Commercial and Contract Management, Supply Chain Management 
o    Evolving plans for entire logistics, operations, estimation of site infrastructure 
o    Imparting continuous on job training to the workforce for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness / efficiency
o    Working on talent pool and succession planning of the management cadre and workforce, appraising their KRA based performance and providing feedback on the same
