Job Description

Role Purpose:
Work as part of Corporate Finance team at ReNew to support M&A, equity fund raise, investor relations related corporate finance initiatives including valuation, investment analysis, investment memorandum preparation , and business decision support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build financial models, forecasts, and business cases.
• Conduct valuation, investment appraisal (IRR, NPV, DCF), and strategic analysis.
• Support M&A, due diligence, and transaction execution.
• Evaluate capital expenditure and growth opportunities.
• Prepare management presentations, investor decks, and board materials.
• Partner with business teams on project updates, budgeting and performance management.
• Support equity/structured fundraising and investor interactions.
• Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Valuation, Transaction Advisory, or Strategic Finance.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Education:

• MBA Finance/ CA / CMA
