Job Description

Position Title - Manager - Corporate Admin (Manufacturing Unit) 

Experience- 15-20 years

Qualification- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field

Location- Dholera

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Planning

Define and execute the long-term vision and strategy for administration, facilities, and workplace services.

Align administrative goals with organizational objectives to enhance employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve workplace culture and infrastructure.

Facilities Management

Oversee end-to-end facilities operations including maintenance, housekeeping, space planning, and infrastructure upgrades.

Ensure optimal utilization of office space and resources in line with business growth and sustainability goals.

Transport & Logistics

Manage employee transport services, vendor relationships, route planning, and cost optimization.

Ensure safety, punctuality, and efficiency in transport operations.

Legal Compliance & Safety

Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements related to workplace safety, labor laws, and environmental norms.

Implement robust safety and security protocols across the premises.

Liaise with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks and ensure audit readiness.

Procurement & Vendor Management

Lead procurement activities for administrative supplies, services, and contracts.

Develop vendor evaluation frameworks and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

Employee Benefits & Experience

Collaborate with HR to design and deliver employee-centric services such as wellness programs, cafeteria services, and recreational facilities.

Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace satisfaction.

Team Leadership

Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of administrative professionals and contractual staff.

Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of experience in administration, facilities, or corporate services, preferably in large-scale or industrial setups.

Proven track record in strategic planning, team leadership, and vendor management.

Strong understanding of legal compliances, safety standards, and workplace regulations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a hands-on approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.

Certifications in Safety, Compliance, or Facilities Management (e.g., PMP, NEBOSH, FMP) are a plus.
