Role - Manager Contracts - RE (Solar / Wind)
Location - Gurgaon
Qualification - Engineering Graduate / MBA.
Experiecne - 10 to 12 Years of experience Understanding of Contractual Terms,
KRA :-
(1)Understanding of IPP Wind business
(2)Experience in handling contract management profile
(3)Awareness to Statutory requirements
(4)Communication & MIS
(5)Vendor Management & Negotiation
1 Discussion and finalization of term-sheets execution with various OEMs for planned Construction of wind assets.
2 External O&M Business Discussion and finalization of O&M Agreements for new business opportunity of ReNew's service entity
3 External O&M Agreements: Discussion and finalization of O&M Agreements execution between ReNew Project SPV and OEMs for O&M Services for the planned Construction of wind assets ensuring the requirements of Finance, Technical, Tax, operation teams and other concerned teams.
4 Contract Compliance: Ensuring timely preparation of Key contractual terms and circulate to concerned team for newly executed agreements for the adherence to Contractual terms
5 Mergers and Acquisitions- Actively involved in Due diligence activities with respect to contractual adequacy and support to operations team by highlighting the identified gaps and taking up with concern.
6 Contractual Correspondences: Understand the contractual issue and sending Notices to OEMs, works as Interface for OEMs for any contractual matter. Including Resolution of day to day contractual queries/ matters by discussion and engagement of internal team members and OEMS as per requirement.
7 Litigation support: for any major disputes, assist legal team for providing the related information along with Supporting data.
