Job Description

Project related work, as follows:

- PO Release and tracking for multiple Amendments in POs
- Solutions of routine problems of SCM & Project Site
- Project Cost and Margin Tracking - Billing, Payments, Open PO, GRN
- Updation of project workings for Debt, Equity, LC, BG, Payments, Actual Cost incurred, IDC working, LE , PPA overview Monthly PPT of Project cost 
- Preparation of the project margin working in prescribed format
- Project Cost Certificate for Debt Funding (Source & Utilisation)
- PARN vs RBN vs Project cost tracking along with MIS updation
- Tracking of LC opened for project (LC required in projects, LC opened, opened from equity or debt or CL)
- Tracking Pending GRN/ SE for cost booking and ensure 100% EPC billing 
- Capex phasing Actual + forecast 
- Review and settlement of Advances / Creditors and Provisions
- Project Capitalisation
- Audit matters of respective project
- Left over material status and Scrap on project COD
- Bi-monthly site visit
- Risk and Opportunities
