Job Description

  • Monitor and manage daily cash flow positions to ensure optimal liquidity across accounts.

  • Prepare and review short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.

  • Optimize fund utilization through investments and borrowing strategies.

  • Manage intercompany funding and cash pooling structures.

  • Oversee end-to-end banking transactions including payments, collections, and reconciliations.

  • Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to improve collections and vendor payment cycles.

  • Identify and mitigate financial risks (liquidity, interest rate, forex exposure).

  • Support internal and external audits related to treasury activities.

  • Prepare MIS reports on cash flow, debt position, and bank balances.

  • Provide insights and analytics for liquidity and funding decisions.

  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

  • Drive automation in treasury processes (TMS, banking platforms).

  • Strengthen internal controls and SOPs for treasury operations.

  • Enhance efficiency of payments, reconciliations, and reporting systems.

Requirements:

  • CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA with minimum 12+ years of experience.

  • Proven experience in corporate treasury or large-scale banking operations.

  • Strong understanding of cash flow management and working capital.

  • Knowledge of banking instruments (LC, BG, FX hedging, derivatives).

  • Familiarity with RBI/FEMA guidelines.

  • Advanced Excel, ERP, and PPT skills (SAP, TRM, etc.).

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
