Job Description

Position: Manager - Admin & Security
Education: Graduation/Equivalent Course
Experience: 10 to 30 Years
Location: Jaisalmer, Rajasthan

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive understanding of physical security requirements for solar plants and wind farms
• Experience managing security for single sites as well as multiple geographically dispersed locations
• Oversight of perimeter protection, manned guarding, access management, asset protection, and incident response mechanisms
• Strong understanding of security risk assessments, including threat identification, vulnerability analysis and impact evaluation
• Implementation and monitoring of appropriate security controls and mitigation measures
• Assessment and management of residual risks with a focus on continuous improvement
• Knowledge of security automation and electronic security systems such as access control, CCTV, alarms and integrated surveillance solutions
• Experience with advanced surveillance technologies, including drone-based monitoring
• Coordination with vendors for deployment, operation, and maintenance of e-security systems
• Understanding of compliance requirements related to contract and invoice management
• Management of invoices related to security services, cab services, and guest house operations
• Coordination with procurement and finance teams to ensure contractual adherence, cost control, and timely payments
• End-to-end management of guest houses, including contracts, daily operations, and vendor management
• Supervision of kitchen operations with a strong focus on hygiene, sanitation, and food quality standards
• Monitoring of expenses, billing, and compliance related to guest house management
• Engagement with local communities to create a positive and secure business environment
• Active involvement in community development initiatives through CSR programs
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to support sustainable operations
