Job Description
Job Summary:The Enterprise Solutions Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery, management, and continuous improvement of core enterprise applications, including SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and related systems. This role involves collaborating with key business functions—HR, Finance, and Supply Chain—to align technology solutions with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in enterprise architecture, integrations (cloud and on-premise), and end-to-end process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:Application Management & Delivery
Lead the delivery and lifecycle management of enterprise applications: SAP S/4HANA (Finance & Supply Chain), SAP SuccessFactors (HCM), and SAP Ariba (Procurement).
Drive implementation projects, enhancements, and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, and support contracts related to enterprise solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a strategic partner to HR, Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain leaders to identify and prioritize system needs.Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable technical solutions.
Architecture & Integration
Own the enterprise application architecture landscape, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with IT strategy.Manage integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems using middleware (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite, APIs).Define and govern integration patterns and standards to ensure data consistency, security, and performance.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure compliance with internal governance standards, data privacy, and external regulatory requirements.Enforce change management and release processes across all application platforms.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of solution architects, analysts, and technical leads.Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).18-20 years of experience in enterprise applications delivery and management.
Deep functional and technical understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Ariba.Proven experience in managing complex integration landscapes (SAP and non-SAP).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (SAP BTP, Azure, AWS) and SaaS deployment models.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in SAP S/4HANA and/or SuccessFactors modules.
Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Strong project management skills (PMP, ITIL, or similar certifications are a plus).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global and matrixed environment.
