Job Description
Position Title - Land & Legal - Executive
Experience- 2-3 years
Qualification- Any Graduate
Location- Chennai
Role & responsibilities:-
- Co-ordination with land developers regarding the pendency of documents
- Site feasibility analysis and preparation of reports
- Conduct regular meeting with land developers and monitoring the land acquisition activities
- Maintaining master record of land document submission list
- Review of land progress with site team on regular basis and updating the MIS with management
- Review of vendor outstanding and bill clearance
- Perusal of post GPA activities like NA conversion, TILR/Sub division, mutation and HOTO Organized due diligence in preparation for sale of business unit.
- Identifying trends and assessed opportunities to improve processes and execution.
