In your role of Wind Site Engg- Mechanical you will lead the Preventive Maintenance team to achieve safe and efficient turbine maintenance. You will directly report to the Wind Farm Site In charge for all the necessary requirements. Responsible for performing all Preventive, Scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance activities at s WTGs considering standard protocols and instructions. Responsible for installing and repairing heavy rotating mechanical machineries used mainly in Wind Turbines mainly GB’s, couplings and Generators etc. as directed
Specific Responsibilities
- Online monitoring & operation of WEC’s, & associated windfarm componentry.
- Undertake breakdown maintenance, document & maintain the service reports.
- Perform monthly checks on the external electric windfarm componentry.
- Undertake, document & maintain the Daily generation readings - machine wise &
EB meter wise.
- Retrofitting’s of hardware & software updating time to time.
- MIS – windfarm performance analysis, fault analysis, monthly MNES reporting.
- Follow all assigned Environmental, Health and Safety procedures
- To associate during quality and inspections audits towards learning on the job.
