Job Description

Position: Junior Engineer - Performance & Monitoring
Department: Wind O&M

Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Education: Diploma or B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Location: Ratlam Aera Office, Madhya Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:

• 24×7 monitoring and performance analysis of wind farm operations to ensure maximum availability and generation.
• Conducting error analysis, incident investigation, and preparing daily reports for Asset Managers.
• Daily generation monitoring, reporting, and maintenance of operational performance records.
• Performing trend analysis across different wind turbine models to identify performance variations and optimization opportunities.
• Power curve validation and performance verification using Cognyt AI and analytical tools.
• Condition monitoring through SCADA systems, including turbine stability assessment and operational health analysis.
• Coordinating effectively between Central Monitoring Teams and Site Teams for issue resolution and performance improvement.
• Preparing and presenting detailed performance reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Developing, analyzing, and finalizing reliability profiles for wind turbines and wind farm assets.
• Supporting predictive maintenance initiatives through data analysis and operational performance monitoring.
• Identifying generation losses, underperforming assets, and recommending corrective actions to improve plant efficiency.
