Job Description

1. Responsible for executing all the civil construction activities involved in execution of large scale MW Utility projects.
2. Should have good exposure of Site Management, Construction Management, Material Management and Manpower Management activities.
3. Responsible for formulating the organization defined process, procedure and SOP’s for civil contractors working at site.
4. Responsible for smooth interface & establishing excellent relationship with the contractors involved in various civil activities in construction of the solar power project.
5. Responsible for coordination with all the civil contractors for smooth flow of work progress as per contract deliverables with planning and control on the project.
6. Responsible to Analyze and assess the risk factors involved during the execution of work and report the same to the Civil Lead.
7. Responsible for preparation of daily work schedule and assigning the jobs to all the Civil Contractors/subcontractors with function wise job distribution.
8. Responsible for Planning, Scheduling, Tracking, Providing the direction and support to all the contractors/sub-contractors for execution of civil work smoothly and timely.
