Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fund Raising & Capital Management

  • Lead debt raising activities.
  • Develop relationships with banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, DFIs, multilateral agencies, and export credit agencies.
  • Evaluate financing structures, pricing, tenor, covenant packages, and security requirements.
  • Drive refinancing and repricing opportunities to optimize borrowing costs.
  • Support strategic funding initiatives aligned with business expansion and capital allocation plans. 

2. Banking & Lender Relationship Management

  • Act as the central point of contact for all banking and lender relationships.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with domestic and international lenders.
  • Conduct periodic lender reviews and portfolio discussions.
  • Manage consortium, multiple banking, and syndicated lending relationships.
  • Support management interactions with lenders, investors, analysts, and financial institutions.
  • Ensure high responsiveness to lender requirements and information requests.

3. Covenant Monitoring & Compliance

  • Establish and maintain a robust covenant monitoring framework across all financing facilities.
  • Review financing agreements and identify covenant obligations and compliance requirements.
  • Provide early warning alerts on potential covenant breaches and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure timely submission of compliance certificates and lender reports.

4. Lender Reporting & Information Management

  • Lead preparation of periodic lender reporting packages and financial updates.
  • Manage lender data rooms and information repositories.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and confidentiality of information shared with external stakeholders.

5. Documentation & Transaction Execution

  • Lead end-to-end execution of financing transactions from sanction to disbursement.
  • Coordinate with legal teams, lenders, trustees, and advisors.
  • Negotiate and close transaction documents in consultation with management and legal teams.
  • Monitor Conditions Precedent (CP) and Conditions Subsequent (CS) for timely compliance.

6. Security Creation & Charge Management

  • Oversee creation, perfection, modification, and release of securities in line with financing agreements.

7. Debt Portfolio & Treasury Analytics

  • Monitor debt portfolio performance and funding utilization.
  • Develop treasury dashboards covering
  • Evaluate opportunities for debt optimization and liability management.
  • Support treasury forecasting and liquidity planning initiatives.

Experience: 8 to 12 Years
