Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling complete payroll with vendor
• On-boarding/facilitating new joiners:  Handling joining formalities- Induction, document collection, Personal file creation, maintaining database, etc.
• Exit/Separation: Full & Final processing/Settlement.
• Managing activities surrounding Internal & External HR Audit
• Involved with updating and changes to HR policies & processes, in coordination with management inputs
• Handling employee queries on HR policies & processes
• Deal in with vendors for activities involving Car Lease, HR Function outsourcing – data management, medical insurance
• Employee data management, Managing HR MIS
• Managing head count, master data updating and maintenance, Attrition Analysis with continuous monitoring of input Vs output
• Managing performance Benefit activity on probation confirmation, exceptional promotion/pay revision for employees across India.
• Managing HR Shared Services Dashboard, for India & AMEA region
• Consolidation and processing payroll input for employee across India
• Supporting statutory team on execution of varied activities related to PF, ESI camp organized.
• Supporting end to end HR Operational activity across location
• Supporting HR Business Partners with planning, organizing and executions of employee engagement activities.
