Job Description
HRBP Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Alignment: Partner with Site leadership to understand business goals and align HR strategies accordingly.
- Support the execution of people-related strategies for productivity, cost optimization, and culture building.
- Workforce Planning, Budgeting & Talent Management
- Coordinate with CoEs (Recruitment, L&D, TM, R&R, C&B, HR ops) for execution
- Drive internal talent development and succession planning.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Performance Management.
- Facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback discussions.
- Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and communication forums like townhalls
- Promote safety, health, and well-being at the workplace.
- Change Management
- Support transformation projects (like automation, AI) by preparing the workforce for change
- Act as a change agent for policy transitions
- Analyze HR metrics and drive actions to improve them
- Support audits and prepare dashboards for leadership review
