Job Description

HRBP Responsibilities

 

  • Strategic HR Alignment: Partner with Site leadership to understand business goals and align HR strategies accordingly.
  • Support the execution of people-related strategies for productivity, cost optimization, and culture building.
  • Workforce Planning, Budgeting & Talent Management
  • Coordinate with CoEs (Recruitment, L&D, TM, R&R, C&B, HR ops) for execution
  • Drive internal talent development and succession planning.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Performance Management.
  • Facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback discussions.
  • Employee Engagement
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and communication forums like townhalls
  • Promote safety, health, and well-being at the workplace.
  • Change Management
  • Support transformation projects (like automation, AI) by preparing the workforce for change
  • Act as a change agent for policy transitions
  • Analyze HR metrics and drive actions to improve them
  • Support audits and prepare dashboards for leadership review
