Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Ability to provide internal and external stakeholders with professional, clear and concise business communications.
2. Ability to produce concise reports and memos under tight deadlines.
3.  Outstanding interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with senior industry members, key policy makers in government and stakeholders in community groups;
4. Build and maintain positive relationships with regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth registration processes.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Developing and rolling out policies and procedures and monitoring their effectiveness
7. Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
8. Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to respond to regulatory inquiries and conduct regulatory reporting as required.
9. Develop risk management strategies and controls.
10. Ensure the development of effective working relationships between internal and external stakeholders.
11- Effective dialogue with the relevant ministries, government authorities and agencies on policy matters.
12. Gather market intelligence, key information of most recent developments on various codes and standards across the industry
13. Effective relationship with relevant government bodies, agencies, institutions at central and state level and specific to Renewable Energy, Green Hydrogen and Green Ammonia
14. Represent Renew and its position in terms of policy advocacy at various forums where regulatory bodies seek inputs from stakeholders.
15. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement international policy initiatives that align with the Renew's objectives.
16- Working on regulatory codes and standards for the Renewable Energy Sector in India on behalf of Renew.
17-Collaborate with international missions, global companies and stakeholders to align goals and share best practices in the emerging RE sectors
18- Monitor and analyze global trends in international policy related to Renewable Energy, Green Hydrogen, and Green Ammonia, and adapt strategies accordingly.
19- Develop reports and presentations on policy recommendations and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
20- Provide strategic insights to senior leadership by staying informed about geopolitical developments and their potential impact on policy advocacy efforts.
21- Foster partnerships with international organizations, think tanks, and research institutions to enhance the organization's global policy influence.
22- Participate in international conferences, seminars, and workshops to showcase the organization's expertise and contribute to global policy discussions.
23- Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of international policy advocacy efforts and refine strategies accordingly.
24- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and innovations in the Renewable Energy and Green Hydrogen sectors worldwide to inform policy recommendations.
