Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow the process, procedures, and policies of the company.
• Diligently work on assignments and communicate completely & timely at all times.
• Regularly interact effectively with internal/external stakeholders for assigned business functions.
• Ensure that the recruitment turnaround time is well within defined SLA.
• Create Talent pipeline to proactively fulfil talent needs of hiring manager.
• Manage special projects such as diversity hiring, source mix, recruitment drives, etc.
• Engage with candidates to create Renew as ‘Employer of Choice’ in the industry.
• Utilize the recruitment tools efficiently to create Aha moments for everyone involved in hiring process.
• Share market intelligence, best practices, and latest trends on a monthly basis.
• Create and present recruitment MIS on a monthly basis.

Education: Graduate / Post Graduate (preferred)

Experience: 5 to 7 Years

Location: Gurugram
