Job Responsibilities:
- Follow the process, procedures, and policies of the company.
- Diligently work on assignments and communicate completely & timely at all times.
- Regularly interact effectively with internal/external stakeholders for assigned business functions.
- Ensure that the recruitment turnaround time is well within defined SLA.
- Create Talent pipeline to proactively fulfil talent needs of hiring manager.
- Manage special projects such as diversity hiring, source mix, recruitment drives, etc.
- Engage with candidates to create Renew as ‘Employer of Choice’ in the industry.
- Utilize the recruitment tools efficiently to create Aha moments for everyone involved in hiring process.
- Share market intelligence, best practices, and latest trends on a monthly basis.
- Create and present recruitment MIS on a monthly basis.

Education: Graduate / Post Graduate (preferred)
Experience: 5 to 7 Years
