Job Description

Deal Support:

  • Support due diligence, documentation, and compliance for capital markets transactions.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, regulatory teams and other intermediaries for smooth execution.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track market trends, competitor fundraising activities, and investor sentiment.
  • Prepare reports on KPIs for key competitors

Investment Management:

  • Compliance with condition laid out in transaction documents
  • Maintain strong relationships with investors, intermediaries, and advisors.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-ups post-closing
