Job Description

1. Managing vendors & Group of assigned engineers at site level for quality work execution as per the project schedule.
2. Overall Responsible for planning, execution, monitoring and supervision of works at site.
3. Coordinate with planning team, engineering, client and sub-contractor’s representative to resolve any quality problems or issues.
4. Provide assistance to the Project Manager.
5. Daily reporting and planning of site activity for timely completion.
6. Supervising & Ensuring Strong knowledge of Substation up to 220 kV / 400 kV erection, Testing, Commissioning & Fault detection and reporting of the same to appropriate authority for the rectification
7. Actively member of HOTO team and handing over commissioned project in the given timeline.
8. Adherence to Organizational Safety Policy
9. IMS implementation, records, Audit preparation.
10. Booking of vendor invoice in SAP
11. Updation of Schedule in P6
12. Clearing of vendor Invoices as per Renew process in SAP
