Job Description

Job Title: PMO – HR Support

Location: Gurgaon_HO

Reports To: Head – Human Resources

Role Purpose:

The PMO (Project Management Office) role will act as a strategic partner to the Head HR, ensuring effective planning, execution, and governance of HR projects and initiatives. This position will provide oversight, reporting, and coordination to drive operational excellence and deliver HR transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Governance

o Develop and maintain HR project plans, timelines, and milestones.

o Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks and compliance standards.

o Track progress and escalate risks/issues proactively.

2. Stakeholder Management

o Collaborate with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to align project objectives.

o Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external vendors.

3. Reporting & Analytics

o Prepare dashboards, presentations and status reports for Head HR and leadership reviews.

o Monitor KPIs and provide insights for decision-making.

4. Process Improvement

o Identify gaps in HR processes and recommend improvements.

o Support implementation of HR technology and automation initiatives.

5. Budget & Resource Management

o Assist in tracking project budgets and resource allocation.

o Ensure cost optimization and timely delivery of projects.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong project management skills (PMP or similar certification preferred).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

• Knowledge of HR processes and systems (HRIS, payroll, talent management).

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3–6 years of experience in PMO or HR project management roles.
