Responsibilities - Civil Design 

• Preparation of detailed designs and drawings for the civil and structural components of the ground-mounted solar power plant
• Examine the suitability of the site and other environmental conditions to ensure maximum safety and longevity of the plant
• Documentation of all the technical progress and changes throughout the course of project development
• Collaboration with relevant stakeholders during various stages of project development to deliver the project on- time and within the budget specifications.

Responsibilities - Electrical  Design 

• Electrical single line diagram & sizing calculation
•  Day to day project design activity and drawings
• Designing of entire DC/AC electrical part of Solar Power plant, preparation of BOM, SLD, SOW, DPR, design calculations, etc.

Responsibilities - SCADA Design 

• Preparation of detailed designs and drawings for the electrical substations & SCADA components of the ground-mounted solar power plant, Communication System & Battery Storage
• Examine the suitability of the site and other conditions to ensure maximum safety and reliability of the plant
• Documentation of all the technical progress and changes throughout the course of project development
• Collaboration with relevant stakeholders during various stages of project development to deliver the project on- time and within the budget specifications.

Responsibilities - Energy Storage 

• Basic technical knowledge of electrical and battery engineering principles, technical investigations, and battery management system software.
• Review performance procedure for BESS plant acceptance proposed by the test party and evaluate the plant performance.
• Ability to understand the performance analysis on energy meters for AC and DC system.
• Familiar with Indian and International codes related to electrical engineering.

Responsibilities - Project Execution

• Responsible and accountable for overall management and construction of ground mounted solar projects (AC/DC & Civil work) being executed at various sites locations in India as per the targets and timelines set by the Organization.
• Supervise the installation of solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, Civil foundation works i.e ICR/LDT/Pilling Boundary wall/MCR Building and other equipment on site.
• Responsible for forecasting of Resource requirements for the planned and assigned work and preparation of daily work schedule and assigning the jobs to all the subcontractors with function wise job distribution.
• Work closely with other engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure that the project is delivered to the required quality standards.
• Responsible to Analyze and assess the risk factors involved during the execution of work and report the same to Site lead.
• Responsible to Constantly Monitor and Report the work progress to the Site Lead.
• Responsible to prepare a daily report on the work progress and plan for next day schedule.
• Responsible to manage and supervise the work of other engineers, technicians, and contractors on site.
• Responsible to maintain the best safety practices at site with zero accident and safe man-hours as per organizational targets

Responsibilities - Power Evacuation

• Adherence to L2 network
•  Monitoring of availability of construction material and drawings as per schedule
• Obtaining clearances.
• Supervision of execution like civil foundation, tower erection, stringing, testing & commissioning,
• FQP adherence, Regular review meetings with executing agencies,
• Processing of Contractor payments in time. ensure safety, health and environment parameters for machinery, manpower etc.
