Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

The role will be responsible to lead the accounting and F&A processes for the Business Unit. Major KRA includes :

1. Prepare and Review Financial Statements according to Ind AS.
2. Oversee Financial operations including treasury and cash flow management.
3. Plant Finance Accounting Activities, Manufacturing Accounting.
4. Establish and maintain internal Financial controls and Ind AS compliance.
5. Lead system/ERP implementations.
6. Manage month end closure, Trial Balance closing, account reconciliation, variance and reporting.
7. Manage account receivables and payables.
8. Review and analyse various general Ledger and Trial Balances.
9. Manage and review Working Capital, P&L and Balance Sheets
10. Lead Audi
11. Handling Books and ensuring controls at various units/ Locations
12. Ensure tax compliance 
13. Manage and own F&A functions – AP, AR, GL, FA, banking and payment
14. Ensuring timely monthly, quarterly and annual compliance of GST, TDS, Income Tax.
15. Overall controlling on Inventory records, movement and valuation.
16. Ensuring compliance and maintaining records of plants
17. Automation of the processes, team building
18. Manage a team

Education: Qualified CA/ Masters form reputed Institution

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 12-15 years
