Job Description
Exp. 1 year to 10 years
With a view to encourage internal talent development and growth, we seek applications from interested employees for this role.
1. Pre-Onboarding
- Coordinate collection and verification of required documents from new hires.
- Prepare and send welcome emails, onboarding schedules, and orientation materials.
- Collaborate with IT and admin teams to ensure timely setup of laptops, IDs, system access, and workspace.
2. Employee Experience & Engagement
- Act as the point of contact for all onboarding-related queries.
- Ensure a warm, engaging, and supportive experience to boost early retention.
- Collect feedback from new hires and identify improvement opportunities in the onboarding process.
3. Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate onboarding records and HRIS data.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, statutory requirements, and audit guidelines.
- Prepare onboarding metrics (time-to-fill, induction attendance, feedback scores, etc.) and share periodic reports with HR leadership.
