Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to support the execution of large-scale Green Hydrogen projects. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring project schedules, tracking deliverables, managing documentation, and coordinating across internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution of activities.
This role is critical in maintaining project discipline, transparency, and reporting for leadership, while enabling execution teams to focus on critical path decisions.
Location: Assam/as applicable (with periodic site coordination as required)
Reporting To: AGM – Projects Execution (Green Hydrogen)
Travel: Occasional, as per project needs

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Project Planning & Tracking
- Support the preparation and maintenance of detailed project schedules and milestone plans
- Track progress against plan and highlight deviations for corrective actions
- Follow up on action items, inter-departmental dependencies, and critical activities
🔹 Coordination & Communication
- Act as a liaison between project execution team, engineering, procurement, QA/QC, safety, and site teams
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors to track deliverables and raise delays proactively
- Schedule internal/external meetings and ensure agenda, minutes, and action tracking
🔹 Documentation & Control
- Maintain organized and version-controlled records of project documents, drawings, approvals, MOMs, and correspondence
- Support document control and workflow processes in collaboration with the engineering and quality teams
- Monitor and update project dashboards, trackers, and reports
🔹 Reporting & MIS
- Prepare weekly/monthly project reports and presentations for internal and senior management review
- Maintain action logs, risk registers, and status trackers
- Coordinate inputs from various functions for MIS generation
🔹 Support to Project Manager
- Assist in project reviews, escalation management, and overall coordination of key activities
- Prepare pre-read materials and summary notes for leadership-level meetings
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil preferred) or Project Management
- Experience: 5–10 years in project coordination or PMO roles in large infrastructure, industrial, EPC, or renewable energy projects
- Familiarity with project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, or Excel-based Gantt charts)
- Strong knowledge of project life cycle, workflows, and documentation
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of project dashboards or tools like Smartsheet is a plus
- Strong team player, able to work across functions and with external stakeholders
