Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

EPC Business Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, driving business growth, and ensuring successful project execution in the EPC business of Renew.

 

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Liaising with the EPC Business stakeholders to identify the possible opportunities of digitalization so as to bring in more efficiency, reduce manual efforts and digitalise the overall process.
  2. Prepare a digital roadmap along with business stakeholders and ensure that the same is adhered to.
  3. Working closely with project managers and teams to ensure smooth execution of EPC projects. Coordinating activities, timelines, and resources to meet project milestones and deliverables. Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during project execution.
  4. Risk management - Identifying and assessing potential risks and issues related to EPC projects. Developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful project delivery.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement - Engaging with various stakeholders, including internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities. Facilitating effective communication and collaboration to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and working towards project objectives.
  6. Performance monitoring - Monitoring project performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement. Providing regular reports and updates to clients and stakeholders on project progress and performance.
  7. Continuous improvement Analyzing lessons learned from previous projects and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to optimize project delivery.
