Job Description

Content Development & Thought Leadership
•    Research and draft high quality thought leadership content including research papers, articles, point of views and op-eds for or by the CEO.
•    Translate complex energy policy, market trends, and technologies into compelling narratives.
•    Craft keynote speeches, panel remarks, and presentations for industry events and conferences.
•    Support relationship management with key external platforms – World Economic Forum, Bharat Climate Forum, etc. maximizing outcomes for the CEO and ReNew.

Research & Analysis
•    Monitor global and regional developments in renewable energy, climate policy, carbon markets, clean tech, and energy financing.
•    Analyse reports, industry trends, and data to support content creation and executive strategy.
•    Produce briefing notes, backgrounders, and insights to inform the CEO's external engagements.

Strategic Communication
•    Collaborate with internal teams (corporate communications, regulatory, sustainability) to align messaging and reinforce the CEO’s positioning.
•    Tailor content to various audiences—investors, policymakers, media, and industry stakeholders.
•    Work with design and communications teams to produce polished, visually engaging content.


Type of experience and skills:
•    Experience of Power / Renewables industry is a must-have.
•    Analytical thinker who can plan, organize, execute and report out ideas and results.
•    Strong analytical and research abilities, including synthesis of complex information.
•    Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
•    Excellent communication & articulation skills and experience of dealing with senior stakeholders.
•    A background in Economics is highly preferred.
