Assistant Manager - CFO Office

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. CFO & Leadership Support:
  • Act as an execution support partner on key initiatives, reviews, and projects.
  • Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and executive summaries.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, follow up on action items, and track deliverables.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, consultants, and advisors.
  • Act as a trusted interface between the CFO office and other departments.

 

  1. Financial Analysis:
  • Assist in scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis, and decision‑support analytics.
  • Analyze performance across business units, identify key trends, variances, and drivers, and provide actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with business, finance, and accounting teams to resolve data gaps and clarifications.
  • Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and presentations as required.

 

  1. Business Performance & Insights:
  • Partner with business and functional leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor KPIs, margins, cost structures, and working capital metrics.

 

  1. Process Improvement & Projects
  • Drive and support finance transformation, automation, standardization, and continuous improvement of finance processes (including CFO Office)
  • Coordinate cross‑functional projects
  • Support cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives.

 

  1. Governance, Controls & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, policies, and governance standards.
  • Assist in compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS / GAAP, as applicable).

 

Profile & Criteria & Eligibility

  • CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
  • 3+years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, CEO Office or CFO office roles
  • Prior experience working with senior leadership is strongly preferred
