Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Leadership & Campus Hiring
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership Hiring:
- Map and identify talent for senior-level roles (GM/AVP and above).
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership positions, including scheduling, coordination, and candidate communication.
- Handle offer release and documentation for leadership hires on the system.
Campus Hiring:
- Engage with engineering colleges for Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) hiring.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, managing multiple parallel panels.
- Participate in campus drives and ensure smooth execution of assessments.
- Communicate with campuses to collect applicant profiles and follow up for timely submissions.
- Manage offer release for campus hires on the system.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Be present during long campus interview sessions to manage multiple parallel interviews.
- Perform multiple follow-ups with campuses to ensure timely receipt of candidate profiles.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and dashboards for leadership and campus hiring.
- Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to meet hiring timelines.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Recruitment Expertise: Strong experience in leadership hiring and campus recruitment processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and external partners.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for candidate engagement and campus coordination.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple parallel interviews and tight timelines.
- Data Management: Proficiency in maintaining recruitment dashboards and accurate records.
- Negotiation Skills: Skilled in handling offers and closing candidates.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with recruitment systems (ATS) and MS Office tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with exposure to leadership and campus hiring.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employer branding.
