Location:
- Initial Deputation: Gurugram
- Relocation (after 1 year): Vizag
Experience:
- 7 to 9 years in Talent Acquisition (TA), specifically for manufacturing plants.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for manufacturing plant roles, ensuring timely and quality hires.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with plant leadership, HR teams, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring strategies.
- Data-Driven Hiring: Utilize recruitment analytics, dashboards, and metrics to track performance, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for niche manufacturing roles.
- Process Excellence: Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, maintain high standards of candidate experience, and drive continuous improvement in TA processes.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry hiring trends, competitor practices, and talent availability in manufacturing hubs.
- Relocation Readiness: Be open to relocating to Vizag after one year to support TA operations for another plant.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in manufacturing plant hiring (blue-collar and white-collar roles).
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
- Excellent data capabilities: recruitment analytics, reporting, and workforce planning.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to relocate as per organizational requirements.
Education:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
