Job Description

Designation : AGM – Project Management

Role: Cost Control & Governance Lead – Solar CC

Key Deliverables (KD)

1. Drive BoS (Plant & BESS) cost optimization initiatives and deliver measurable cost savings.
2. Review and provide first-level approval for NFAs related to supply and service contracts.
3. Implement and monitor site administration cost-control measures across projects.
4. Coordinate with Business Finance teams for CWIP cleanup and timely closure of open POs.
5. Ensure accurate and timely EPC cost booking, tracking, and invoicing.
6. Lead cost governance reviews and highlight risks, deviations, and corrective actions.
7. Manage third-party quantity verification for civil works to ensure cost accuracy and control.
8. Develop and publish periodic project cost performance dashboards and MIS reports.
9. Strengthen project financial controls, compliance, and governance processes.
10. Support project teams in improving cost visibility, forecast accuracy, and budget adherence.
